You found the “HOLY GRAIL” with my pickup. I was up ‘til the wee hours of the morning playing my guitar last night. The sound is the one I’ve been hearing in my head my entire life. I COULD NOT BE HAPPIER!!! I don’t want to change anything. The pots that are on there now could not be better. For the first time, I’m leaving the tone control wide open most of the time and only rolling it back slightly from time to time as needed. IT IS PERFECT! Tom, you are a magician. I just can’t put into words how pleased I am. Thank you so very much.
I hope you intend to offer this pickup as part of your line. Anyone now playing with a floating mini humbucker will want one of these. You can use me as a reference if you want to. This is without a doubt, the best sounding pickup I have ever heard. PERIOD. My fingers are sore this morning because I could not put my guitar down. I didn’t even eat supper last night.
